Thank you for shopping with Pomadent Australia! We want to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for you. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle the processing and delivery of your orders.

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Provider:

Pomadent Australia fulfils all orders through Australia Post. We trust their reliable service to deliver your products safely and in a timely manner.

Shipping Rates:

Australia:

  • Express Shipping: Flat fee of AUD 25.
  • Standard Shipping (orders over AUD 50):
  • Standard Shipping (orders under AUD 50): Flat fee of AUD 15

 New Zealand:

  • Express Shipping: Flat fee of NZD 50.
  • Standard Shipping (orders over 150 NZD): Flat fee of NZD 45.
  • Standard Shipping (orders under 150 NZD): Flat fee of NZD 35.

Delivery Times:

Australia:

  • Express Shipping: 2 to 4 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 8 business days.

New Zealand:

  • Express Shipping: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: 7 to 10 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary depending on your location and other factors.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the Australia Post website.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Delivery Address:

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information. Pomadent is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

If Australia Post is unable to deliver your package on the first attempt, they will leave a card notifying you of the attempted delivery. You may need to arrange a redelivery or pick up the package from your local post office.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Pomadent is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost, please contact Australia Post with your tracking number to initiate an investigation.
