I had one of the original Poma brush which was ordered from Europe. When I had some issues with it, the customer service from Francois was second to none. He immediately contacted me after I reached out and had it fixed in no time. Would 100% purchase again.

Coming from Quip, I tried OralB and Philips, but the simplicity and utility of the Poma dent brush are simply fantastic.

I am neurodivergent and have always struggled with how sensory distressing brushing teeth is. This tooth brush has made this so much easier for myself. I am a big fan of the silicon heads that reduce the scratchy sensation and sound and are much more gentle on gums. The customer service has been above and beyond for me when my tooth brush started making clattery sounds about 2 years in, they gave me a full new one and let me know there have been upgrades since this original batch was made and the new brush should be solid for years. I couldn’t recommend this toothbrush enough. Massive difference to my daily dental care.

Also on a slight different level if any one has a dog this ultra sonic toothbrush is perfect for their teeth too, I use the silicon head on my dogs along with a dog specific toothpaste and their teeth are perfect.

I have had my toothbrush for about 10 months and it has been fantastic, recently it stopped holding a charge. I filled in the form for a warranty issue and literally 10 minutes later Francois was on the phone. Superb customer service and replacement toothbrush is on the way.

Love these! specifically bought them due to their size so they could fit upright in my overhead vanity, helping to keep my vanity top clear and tidy.

The toothbrushes attach magnetically to a simple wall mount, no base or cord required, helping to also keep the wall vanity clean and tidy.

I wish I found these toothbrushes before we renovated our bathroom, I specifically had a Power Point put in the overhead vanity to allow for toothbrush charging which now no longer need.

I love the simplicity of charging it in the case, and that charging isn’t required very often!

The toothbrush itself does its job so no complaints there at all.

These are great brushes that are gentler on you teeth than a standard toothbrush. Initially firm, but wear in after a few days and are much better for your teeth, especially when coupled with the sonic motion of the Pomabrush itself.

I have just had the best customer service experience. My original Pomabrush was malfunctioning - it is an earlier model apparently. It has been a great toothbrush so I contacted Pomadent and have been so impressed by the helpful and responsive customer service. Above and beyond what I was expecting. I was promptly sent a new Pomabrush and the communication has been exceptional. Could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend this brush and this company.

I have been using the Pomadent brush for about 6 weeks and have enjoyed the change from my old electric brush. The sonic brush method is more gentle, yet more effective in cleaning my teeth. Having sensitive teeth and gums, it is perfect for my needs. What's even better is the stylish design and the charging case that keeps the brush fully charged while stored away - great innovation and highly recommended!

I love my Pomadent. Since I've been using it my dentist has been very happy with the results as I was damaging my gums using a rotary type brush. I travel a lot and very happy not having to take a charging stand and intertnaiotnal adaptor for my toothbrush.
